Patient Representation Group

Welcome to St Hilary Group Practice Patient Representation Group. The main aim of our Patient Representative Group (PRG) is to ensure that patients are involved in decisions regarding the quality and range of services provided. Our PRG is made up of patients from the practice who meet every month to discuss future developments of the practice. Discussions take place as a patient group and can involve the Practice Manager, reception manager and doctor.

We also encourage e-mail membership to our group and forward Newsletters via e-mail after each meeting. There is a reply address so that any questions or ideas may be passed back to the group at the next meeting. We would welcome your involvement in this group and contact details are on the latest newsletter.

If you would like to sign up for our Patient Representation Group you can download our PRG registration form HERE
