Complaints

We strive to provide the best quality of care at St Hilary Group Practice. However, if you have any concerns then please do not hesitate to contact us. You can use the suggestion box which is by the front entrance or you can speak to a clinician or either the Reception Manager or Practice Manager (whoever you feel most comfortable approaching).

If you have a serious complaint then please send it in writing addressed to the Practice Manager (Monika Doyle) at the address on the home page, or complete our new online complaints form below. We hope we will be able to resolve the complaint via our in-house complaints process. This procedure does not deal with matters of legal liability or compensation. If any further investigation is required you will be referred to the appropriate authority.
