Monika Doyle
Practice Manager
Monika has been the Practice Manager at St Hilary Group Practice since 2009 and has worked in primary care since 1994.
She ensures the smooth running of the Practice by managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises, equipment and information technology.
The Practice Manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.
She is available throughout the week to receive any comments and feedback.
Monika is the Practice Manager lead for North Coast Alliance PCN.
Sam Lacy
Assistant Practice Manager
The Assistant Practice Manager supports the Practice Manager in the running of the Practice. Sam also provides administrative support to the GPs and nurses in the practice.
Sam is the Deputy to the Practice Manager in her absence.
